All Plant Inventory, which varies by season. At the peak of Spring, inventory would run around 160,000 quart pots for Perennials, 18,000 quart pots of shrubs. Late Fall/Early Winter would find high inventory in plug trays for potting. Specific rough estimates can be made at any given time depending on the season. Inventory varies less than you might expect because we produce most of our own plants, so as plants sell, we produce more so the plant count doesn't vary so much but the size container or their stage of growth may simply vary.
(The potential new owner does NOT need to propagate plants but can buy material in from several excellent wholesale growers that we do business with. We just happen to like propagating!)
2 strong wells plus ability to pump from the spring-fed pond make water a non-issue, even during drought. During the droughts of 2000-2002, we were never pressed at all for water.
Approximately 14 acres currently not in use both open area on the highway and woodland area at the rear of the property. (Wide open market for expanding in a number of different areas, including as a re-wholesale yard for landscapers.)
