Currently we live in this house but it can easily be adapted for a multi-family dwelling for a farm manager and/or employees.  By building an outside stairway, the two bedrooms and bath and large attic space upstairs could easily be converted into a large 2 bedroom apartment, still leaving the main level with 2 bedrooms.

The basement area houses the office, which can be easily changed so that people could work in that without having access to the residence.  Or, the Field Office could also be used as the primary office.  Because we live in the house, it's convenient to have the Main Office in the basement.
