Online Mail Order Business
This has been a family
owned business for 37 years offering 2000+/- varieties perennials,
shrubs & trees most propagated on site.
After 30 years operating
a Retail Nursery/Garden Center, we started Online Mail Order in the
August of 2002 and in 2008 were listed as one of the top three mail
order nurseries in the country by Garden Gate Magazine.
In 2006 we closed the Retail store to focus exclusively on Mail
Order. (An interested new owner
could re-open that but we elected to focus strictly on mail order.)
Web sales
have increased steadily over the past 8 years and continue to do so.
Even in the rocky Economy of the last few years, EVERY YEAR since we
started mail order there has been a substantial increase in sales
and gross revenue.

We've worked hard for
many years and created a beautiful, profitable turn-key operation.
It's been a great life in a gorgeous setting but now we're
right on 'either side of 60', we're ready to
retire and enjoy our new grandchild!
Can the Business be moved?
The business, name, website, inventory,
etc. can be purchased separately from the land and (the 8 acres on
which the actual nursery facilities reside can be leased until the
business can be moved to a location of your choice.)
Must I purchase the entire 25+ acres?
Another option is to purchase the
business and only the 8 or so necessary acres that house the actual
nursery, greenhouses, field office, etc. rather than the entire 25+
acres
